With this in mind, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our Cancellation Policy is as follows: - If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, we will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked services or a non-refundable deposit. - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate the service, and the same cancellation fee will apply. However, we will try our best to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time. - To secure your appointment, we require a credit card and a deposit equal to 50% of the services. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit will be non-refundable. - In case of an emergency that is unforeseeable and unavoidable, a cancellation fee will still apply. However, we may deduct part or the full amount from your next appointment. - For same-day bookings, we request a minimum of 2 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations not meeting this requirement will incur a $50 fee, charged to the credit card on file or added to your next booking. - In the event of a no-show, we will charge 70% of the service cost.
